A former manufacturer of modular synthesis equipment. Founded by Serge Tcherepnin, Ken Stone and Seth Nemec, the company's stated goal was to offer some of the classic Serge Modular circuits in the Frac and Eurorack formats. (Despite the company name, the modules used the standard jacks for their format, not banana jacks.)

The company's Web site domain registration expired in 2010. After that, things became rather mysterious. A Kickstarter campaign, launched by an entity called Works Ltd., appeared in 2011 to manufacture more of Bananalogue's ARP 4075 clones, but it was cancelled after drawing only two backers. Seth Nemec was subsequently accused of conducting a fraudulent Kickstarter campaign to produce a board game
